Welcome to the
ACPA Pennsylvania Chapter Publication Resource Center. We recognize the
important role played by technicians and engineers involved in building
and maintaining the Commonwealth’s transportation infrastructure.
Your job requires quick and affordable access to technical and
engineering information. Therefore, we have partnered with our ACPA
National office to provide you with free, online access, to a vast and
valuable assortment of technical information.
If you are a member of the Pennsylvania Chapter or a public agency
located in Pennsylvania, you are eligible for free access. The Chapter
reserves the right to deny free access to ACPA resources to non-member
individuals and companies.

pennsylvania@acpa.org and request access.

ACPA Penn Chapter will provide you a username and password

Enter the username and password provided by the ACPA Penn Chapter

Click on "publications"
